Muito bom

Um hotel maravilhoso, com uma praia maravilhosa. O quarto é excelente, grande e o terraço com vista mar é divinal. A simpatia dos funcionários. Ter podido ficar a desfrutar do Quarto do hotel até tarde sem custo extra.

Piscinas fechadas e sem qualquer tratamento (estamos em início de Outubro). Pequeno almoço fraquíssimo (a fruta tinha montes de mosquitos em cima e estava super oxidada). Havia 2 festas no Hotel, com música altíssima até tarde (pelos vistos é habitual). O acesso directo a uma das praias estava completamente fechado. Mas o pior de tudo foi a falta de limpeza, não do quarto mas de todo o hotel e praia! A praia é lindíssima mas a areia está uma autêntica lixeira, o que é uma pena. Não se percebe como é que um hotel destes não faz limpeza ao areal, já que a praia é totalmente privativa. As canoas e gaivotas não podiam ser utilizadas.

Hotelanlage sehr schön.. direkt am Strand..Zimmer sehr sauber und schön.. auf der Terrasse war ein kleiner Tisch der leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist und 2 Stühle.

Frühstück war sehr mager. Wenn man nicht früh genug kam .. war fast nichts da.. Eier und speck waren da wenn man früh zum Frühstück kam danach wenn die noch da waren war das essen kalt.. sehr schade aufgefüllt wurde später nicht mehr .. Brötchen waren dann auch alle weg. .. für 4* etwas mehr erwartet mehr italienisch ... mit Mozzarella... leider wurde draußen das Frühstück nicht angeboten obwohl Terrasse vorhanden ist.

Super Lage direkt an Meer mit sehr schöner Bucht. Schöne Hotelanlage.

Leider war außerhalb der Mahlzeiten keine Bar offen und keine Getränke zu erhalten.Leider wurde das Abendessen innen serviert obwohl es auf der Terrasse viel schöner gewesen wäre

„Schönes Ressort, ideal für einen Kurzaufenthalt

Schönes Ressort mit zwei kleinen Badebuchten. Parkplatz, Liegestühle mit Schirm sind inkludiert. Dinner im Restaurant "Gold" hervorragend.

Viele Tagesbesucher, wodurch Pool und Strände überfüllt waren. An den Pools gilt Badehauben-Pflicht. Dies sollte besser kommuniziert werden. Zudem gab es keine Strandhandtücher.

„Schönes Hotel mit Abstrichen im Nebensaison

Sehr schöne Lage mit eigenem Strand, schöne große Poolanlege. Top Kaffee zum Frühstück, sehr nette Mitarbeiter.

Sehr viel Müll am Strand und überall. Dreckige, verstopfte Duschen. Der Weg zum zweiten Strand nebenan war fast immer abgeschlossen. Sehr viele, aggressive Mücken. Frühstück leider ohne Abwechselung.

„Geisterhotel in der Nebensaison

Die Anlage ist super gelegen, an 2 Badebuchten. Die Pools sahen auch schön aus. Aber die Pools und der Strand waren bei unser Ankunft Mitte Oktober leider geschlossen, obwohl wir perfektes Badwetter hatten. Das Frühstück und die Zimmer waren für italienische Verhältnisse in Ordnung, aber kein 4Sterne Niveau. Die Zimmerreinigung war sehr gut.

Wir kamen mitte Oktober am Ende einer Süditalien Rundreise hier an um eigentlich noch ein paar Tage am Strand zu verbringen. Das der Pool schon vom 09. September bis zum 31. Mai geschlossen sein sollte hatten wir ja in der Buchungsbestätigung gelesen. Aber als wir hier bei 27 Grad und Sonne pur ankamen, hatten wir das Gefühl das ganze Hotel wäre geschlossen. Neben uns waren lediglich 2 andere Familien in dem Hotel. Der eine Strand war mit Zäunen und Schlösser verschlossen der andere Strand war dreckig und nicht gepflegt. Es gab weder Liegen noch Sonnenschirme am Strand. Die Rezeption gab uns auch lediglich die Information wann es Frühstück gibt. Die Hotelanlage wirkte auch verlassen, dreckig und ungepflegt. In diesem Moment wollten wir eigentlich schon sofort wieder abreisen. Wir gingen dann zur Rezeption und fragten ob man nicht den einen Strand aufschließen kann und ob wir uns Liegen mit auf dem Steg nehmen könnten. Sie mussten das dann mit dem Eigentümer abstimmen, aber am nächsten Tag war das aber kein Problem. Das Hotel vermietet wohl Hauptsächlich Badekabinen und hat nur ca. 40Zimmer. Die Anlage ist aber sehr groß. Warum die Badesaison nun bei diesem Wetter zu Ende ist, war mir schleierhaft. Zumal in allen anderen Hotels zuvor Pool und Starnd geöffnet waren. Und die Temperaturen eigentlich für Mitte Oktober noch völlig normal waren für die Region. Desweiteren hatte das Bistro und der Eisstand natürlich auch zu. Als wir dann das Gelände auf eigene Faust erkundeten stellten wir fest das im Frühstücksraum wenigstens die Bar auf hatte und das es auch einen sehr schönen Spa gab der natürlich auch geöffnet war. Eine Getränkekarte konnte die Bar uns aber leider nicht zur Verfügung stellen. Die Rezeption hätte uns die wenigen offenen Stellen auf jeden Fall anpreisen müssen, da es ja sonst keine Hotelmappe oder dergleichen gab. Das war in allen anderen Hotelanlage deutlich besser.

Das Apartment ist nur mit Minimum ausgestattet die Terrasse hat keinen Sonnenschirm auch keine Markisen Aussicht ist gut und am schlimmsten ist sie drei Klassengesellschaft , VIPs bekommen die erste Reihe der Sonnenschirme , die die abonniert haben für drei Monate zum Beispiel bekommen die zweite Reihe und die dritte und die allerletzte die fünfte bekommen die Touristen,die von bookin die die abonniert haben für drei Monate zum Beispiel bekommen die zweite Reihe und die dritte und die allerletzte die fünfte bekommen die Touristen, die von Booking COM etc kommen. Uns wollte man einen Schirm geben. Im letzten Eck muss am dreckig war, wo kein Platz war und der Schuppen , der dreckige war , wo die Liegen über Nacht aufbewahrt wurden.

„Perfekt für den Strandurlaub im Oktober!

Wir waren 14 Tage im Oktober zu Gast und hatten das Hotel fast für uns allein. Der Privatstrand, welcher zum Hotel gehört, war großartig! Auch dort waren wir größtenteils allein. Das Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut und es gab auch ein wenig Abwechslung innerhalb unseres Aufenthalts. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Zu dieser Jahreszeit ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man noch ein paar warme Tage allein am Strand genießen will.

Die ein oder andere Ecke ist nicht aufgeräumt gewesen, was aber auf Nebensaison zurückzuführen ist.

Hotel con pequeña playa privada

Hotel con playa privada. Habitación amplia , cómoda y limpia. No es un 4 estrellas como en España.

Playa minúscula, mucha gente y ruidosa. Pagas por la tumbona y la sombrilla que te la asignan ellos. Si tienes tumbona en la playa luego no la tienes en la piscina. Muy lentos y desorganizados en el check in

Hotel con potencial pero le falta mucho mantenimiento

Es un complejo hotelero grande. Tienen dos bloques de habitaciones y todas dan al mar, unas piscinas grandes y muy lindas.

Fuimos fuera de temporada, pero parecía un hotel vacío. La playa que daban las habitaciones toda sucia (muy sucia) no era agradable a la vista. Las instalaciones muy venidas abajo, sobre todo los bloques de las habitaciones. El desayuno con poca variedad.

Llegamos a las 12 de la mañana para poder dejar las maletas hasta realizar el checkin por la tarde, pero como la habitación estaba disponible nos dejaron entrar, así q súper agradecidos. La playa privada para el peque súper bien, mar en calma y agua no fría. La zona de piscina muy bien también.

El personal en general bastante poco agradable, excepto algunos camareros q eran un encanto, pero en general poco atentos y nada agradables. Al hacer el checkin no nos explicaron apenas cómo funcionaba el hotel, las hamacas de la piscina son privadas y no te puedes poner, nos pusimos en unas y nos echaron los que las tenían alquiladas. El primer día había una fiesta privada y tardaron 3 horas en darnos de cenar y el servicio malo. Los demás días la cena fue mejor. Defraudada con el hotel porque más que un hotel es un club privado.
